I put a suction cup on my iphone screen to use it as a dashboard mount, i was wondering if that can cause any damage? would it be possible for the suction cup to warp the glass or detach the touch capacitator form the actual lcd?

Putting a suction cup ON the screen to use it as a mount? If you have a suction cup on your screen, it would prevent you from using, thus making it completely useless. Why would you even do that?

Seeing how glass is a very SLOW moving liquid, I'm gonna file that under "Lets not". Although it probably wouldnt hurt it in the short run....

....But I have to agree with the above, ......why?

I can't see it do too much damage since sat navs use suction cups on the windscreen, try it out and tell us? XD
