iPhone scrolling up automatically

Recently my iPhone has been automatically scrolling up like someone is constantly pressing the top of the screen. Like on FaceTime today is the controls kept popping up multiple times a second. It doesn't happen ALL the time but haven't worked out any rhyme or reason for it. It seems to have only started happening in the last month or so.

iOS 13.5.1
