do you know when the iphone SDK will come out. dont forget februaury has started and they only have a couple of weeks to annouce it any ideas when it will be avalible

Also, off topic - but what is the big obsession with RonPaul? Every poster seems to plug him, but he is a total unknown in the UK. He looks about 1million years old.
Apple has a habit of waiting until the last possible minute of their given time frame before doing anything.
Jobs said at keynote that it will be available end of February, hence Feb 29th seems a pretty good guess.
Aren't we forgetting the traditional Tuesday announcements?

Yes. I had noticed. Although it seems most of america hasn't necessarily. I want to know why his appeal seems to reside predominantly with tech-savvy internet types. Also he is a Republican- which means he can't be THAT cool.
During some sort of interview, maybe the 4th quarter conference call, Apple said "Late February" and the person asking the question said "so is that like the last day of February?" to which Steve replied "Pretty much, yeah."
I hope that they release a few actual apps on the SDK release date. I though I read that selected developers had been privy it early. I really want a decent game to play, touch screen tetris anyone, seems like a no brainer.
I think it will be the 29th too. Apple loves to wait til the last minute and this year they even get that extra day at the end of the month. I hope it will be sooner, but I am pretty sure it will come on the 29th or at least the last week of Feb.
When ever Apple/Steve says "the end of the month" they aren't kidding. Leopard, the iPhone and now the SDK I'm sure will follow suite and be delivered during the last 48 hours of the month.
I'm sure that I read somewhere that a couple of new apps will be coming out with the SDK at the end of the month. Don't forget we are all waiting for 1.1.4 with bug fixes and updates
