I purchased an SE 2020 and have been loving it. Today I tried to pair with (2) different Bluetooth speakers and nothing showed up under my devices. I was able to pair my air pods successfully so I know Bluetooth is working. Does the new phone not support older protocols or something? Both of these speakers are 2-3 years old, one is running 4.2.

Anyone seeing anything similar or have and advice beyond rebooting, etc?

Hi Silver,

I’ve got exactly that problem this morning! With a Sony sound bar, that normally is with my TV.

How do you complete the process for Paving Bluetooth devices? Sorry, Newby, no idea, normally I just hit Bluetooth and it works!

Regards
Martin

Hi silver,

Part fixed it now as well 8).

restarted sound bar. iPhone Bluetooth off then on.

Only sound coming out of top unit tho, the sub woofer is dead. Music sound tinny without it

did you do anything else?

Brand new SE 2020. It won't connect my sony speaker nor my ear piece. Both these devices connected without any problems to my old 6s! I've reset the network numerous times. Rebooted the device and the phone several times. I have been able to connect my car, watch, other external speakers, and laptop to the new phone but the two devices that I really need, evade me. Hope someone out there has the answer before I send this thing back. Thanks
