iPhone SE 4 Camera Modules to Enter Mass Production Next Month

For the 14 that would be the case regardless considering it should come with the latest chip, 8GB RAM with Apple Intelligence and USB-C. The Dynamic Island and ultra wide camera should make the 15 viable enough to keep in the lineup. The SE won't have a Plus model so the 14 and 15 do have that going for them.

64GB with a 48 megapixel camera would be a bad combination so I really hope they don't go in that direction.

If SE4 starts at 128GB, then the feature gap between SE4 and iPhone 15 would be far too small, in my opinion to make it viable.

Currently, $170 between SE3 and iPhone 14, but there’s a clear advantage for the 14 in terms of storage, camera, and display.

If $499 128GB SE4, it’ll really muddy the waters. The only practical advantage would be the camera as 15 lacks AI.

64GB will be tight but Apple recommends 24MP by default anyway.

The 15 will probably go on sale all Christmas and be hopefully sold out / discontinued by late January. The SE4 will come in strong as a nice replacement.

Im in the same boat. I bought my 12 used about two years ago. It does what i need it to do , but shows its age here and there. I’m ready for the SE 4 as long as its less than $600.

No chance Apple will disco their stuff so early. No reason to because SE4 lowers their ASP. iPhones have a long tail end, sold by Apple directly or through prepaid carriers.

The starting price gap between the SE 3 and iPhone 14 is currently $200 ($429 versus $629) and with like storage (both 128GB or 256GB) the gap is $150.

If the iPhone SE 4 starts at $529, using my example, that would make the gap between it and the iPhone 15 $200 (first six months or so). If Apple wants its entire new lineup to be fully Apple Intelligence capable, they may decide to drop the 15 next September and leave just the SE 4, the 16/16 Plus and the new 17 lineup.

If SE4 Sales go crazy from March to September then they could stop selling the 15 standard iPhone. Just count on the 14 Series with Apple not selling anymore next year. The SE4 will cannabalize everything in its path lol 😆

No, I do go outside whenever I can and I've tried dating apps etc, but I usually get ghosted and I live abroad as well, so I'm thinking about moving back home if I find a job over there. It's nearly impossible to make friends. People are only nice when they want something from me. So yeah… I thought I do deserve a nice Christmas / birthday present this year, but still haven't managed to choose between the iPhone or some Android phone. There are too many choices.
