iPhone SE audio quality (headphones) - better than iPhone 6/6S?

hello

im all about audio quality and batery life.
i own an iphone 6 but battery and size are annoying me.
as far as battery goes, im pretty sure iphone SE would satisfy me.

but I want to know if iphone SE audio quality (over headphones) are equal or worse than iPhone 6.
I do not care about bluetooth audio or speakers.

PS: i read the review on GSMarena, but it was misleading as always. I trust users better.

Is your 6 updated? Apple updated it in spring to be BT 4.2 compliant. Not sure of the details but not all hardware is created equal, even if can be partially updated to meet a higher version's minimum requirements for certification.

I think the sounds is as good on headphones as my 6S was. I also think over BT with BT headphones it's slightly better.

People say the speaker is not very loud. It blows me head off every time I play something on full volume.

I am loving my SE.
