So apparently there are still some brand new iPhone SE in UK. I wish we have deals like these in other parts of the world.

New unit SE’s are still available. Depends where you are, but I see them offered for through more prepaid carriers than anywhere else.

Just this morning I saw a 32GB version offered for just 49.00 for a prepaid cellular provider. That's really a very nice little device for 49.00.

Still fairly modern processor and graphics, does everything you need in a very pocketable size.

Same question. Are they Carrier locked? I guess they are.

Most of these Prepaid iPhone SE are only in US or Canada. I don't seem them around in Asia, Japan Region.
