Yup, looks like it's gone and Apple has abandoned 4" fans. Also not in the Apple store in Canada. If you want one carriers will likely still have them for a bit and likely at discount prices.

That’s code word for “$0 phone from carriers.” Just like iPhone 6 is still available from authorized carriers.
