I purchased a sim free since I'm not on contract with att and certainly don't want to deal with the next program.question for those who are paying off the phone at order (not financing): are you getting the SIM-free model or a carrier branded phone?
Yeah, they do it to give us false hopeMine also says preparing to ship, won't ship til the 30th I'm sure.

Same here in France, SE 64GB Rose Gold, it says that the order can't be cancelled or modified. I'm so excited, first time ever I bought an Apple product on launch day and from Apple. Other times I bought all my products used from different sources.Mine also showing as Preparing for Dispatch![]()

By the way, right now I'm using an iPhone 5 (waiting for my 6s to be sold) and damn I missed the 4" display, it's so comfortable, I feel right at home with this size !![]()
I always call ATT when activating to ensure my plan stays the same. How do I make sure that I keep my att unlimited plan when I purchase the SE, does anyone know?
Ordered 64gb Rose Gold through T-Mobile. Ships by 3/30 with overnight shipping.
I ordered from Apple and it said I wasn't eligible to upgrade as I'm still under contract (which is my unlimited) then Apple said I can still purchase the phone full price but my contract still stands. Since the SIM cards are the same in the 6s, I'll just swap my unlimited sim to the SE.How do I make sure that I keep my att unlimited plan when I purchase the SE, does anyone know?
I got the SIM-free. Ordered 64GB space gray earlier this morning. April 1-5 ship.
Now I have a 5c, the contract is over so i'm month to month on AT&T. I hope AT&T will just give me the nano-SIM and charge me $15 to activate or whatever when I take the SE over to a town where there's a corporate store....
Right but remember do not turn on the SE until after you swap the SIM card.Unless I'm misunderstanding what you're saying, all you need to do is just pop the SIM card from your 5c to SE. No need to activate.

They use the exact size SIM cards.I thought a different type of SIM was required. ?
The WiFi will work fine without a sim card.I thought a different type of SIM was required. ?
Also I think i still need a SIM in the old phone even to make it work as WiFi.

Check out this. Might help. http://explore.t-mobile.com/shipping-datesI tried to order an hour after TMO had orders available (8am EST) and they only had 16gb left for launch day. I'll try showing up at a TMO store on launch and picking one up there.
I'd be surprised if you have much of an additional wait.I just ordered a Space Grey 64gb from TMobile... They told me it was on back order so I'm just in the dark on when I will get it.
