I love my SE. It's perfect in every way except it's damn vibration motor. It's so loud, rough and jarring.

It's torture when I'm talking to someone and it vibrates due to a notification. It's loud enough that other people in the room can hear it.

I really miss the Taptic Engine on the 7.

I recall you starting two other threads on the same issue you're speaking of. Honestly, if you feel it's that disturbing with the vibration motor, I would contact Apple or make an appointment where they can assess it. Perhaps they can issue you a replacement device.

I went and checked the display models. 3/4 sounded like mine while the odd one out was a little quieter.
