About 80% of the time when I go to Maps (either Apple or Google), voice directions do not go to my hearing aids (Phonac) until I cycle BlueTooth off and on. Posted this in the Apps forum and got one reply with the same issue on an iPhone SE2. Checked all setting thoroughly, can't find a fix. Incoming calls always go to HAs. Any ideas? Thanks.

Think I stumbled upon a fix. When the voice directions are not playing into the HAs, tap the touch button once or twice and the voice turns on. A lot easier than going into settings and switching BT off and on.

Still dealing with this issue. Deleted phone from car's audio system, and so far, every time I use Apple Maps, the voice goes directly to my hearing aids. It was mentioned to me that there could be some Bluetooth "confusion". Turning Bluetooth off then on always seemed to fix the problem in the past, but removing the phone from the car's audio system seems to have resolved the problem permanently.
