hi guys last 3 daysi tried to update my iphone in general setting then after a few minutes a picture of itunes and as USB appeared in my iphones 4s screen when i tried to activate on my laptop it shows that iphone server could not be contacted then when im trying to update my itunes it says that i need to make sure that i am connected to the internet then until now i could not use my iphone 4s because i could not activate it using itunes what should i do can someone help me solving my problem.. please..

oh and it was jailbreaked

1) Try punctuation.
2) You probably won't get much help here with a "jailbreaked" phone.

What punctuation? sorry but im new from iphone i dont know really what to do please help me because i cant use it anymore i dont know what to do really i tried even to change the host but still the same is there any other way?

here i did this

but still not working

oh and it was jailbreaked

Google DFU restore, and then do that.

Never try to update the software from a jailbroken phone, only do it through iTunes. Also, updating your software updates it to the latest version, which is now for your phone 6.1.3, which you cannot jailbreak.

At this point do a DFU restore. You should be fine, but you will no longer be able to jailbreak your phone.

hello there still nothing is happening i tried DFU mode but still nothing is happening to my mobile and i did not get any message in the itune im only getting the same message ( iphone server cannot be contacted ) then when im trying to check updates in itunes it shows a meesage that it says ( itunes iphone server cannot be contacted please check your internet connection..)

i do have a internet connection and im using it but itunes cannot detect my internet conection when im on itunes i tried DFU mode and followed the instruction but still it shows the same message of that cannot be contacted..
