Hi all,

My Iphone X has suddenly stopped charging. I can see the charging symbol (the small lightning) so it means it's connected to the charger but the battery remains at xxx-%. I have tried changing the charger, tried another powerplug, tried a reset but nothing happens.

Can you help me?

If you have used different cables and charger blocks and it still does not charge, you likely need to go to the Apple store to demonstrate.

Do you know someone with a wireless charger? Might try that

Well one thing to easily do is clean the charger port. With a wooden toothpick try to get any dirt from the charging port. In addition try to blow out the port with compressed air designed for dust removal.
