guys - when i create a siri shortcut to call, it defaults to their work number. How do I change to calling mobile?

Create a separate contact for the mobile using a different name/nickname/etc. I have one for Mom and one using her first name because I was having the same problem as you. Or, just do name-mobile or name-work.

I have tons of friends with non-native names and Siri barely recognizes those names
