After getting a 6 on launch day and then wavering back and forth between the plus and the 6 I ended up with a six. I love it but sometimes I find myself still wanting a plus. Neither is perfect and I realize that. I am selling my 6 now to get ready for the 6s plus or whatever it will be called. Knowing that I will be frustrated that I can't keep it in my pocket easily and can't use it with one hand. Why do I let this phone decision torture me? I am usually so decisive!!

PS...I'm sure I will get plenty of cool story bro comments....just venting the randomness that is in my head.

Felt the same way with my 5S to 6. The plus was never a thought.
I still have the 5S ;)

I got you man. I feel the same way. I actually had a 6+ for a little bit over a week. I loved the size of the screen, but it was just too big in my pocket to the point that it was very uncomfortable. Now I'm selling my iPhone 6 and getting ready for the new iPhone, and I'm still wondering if I should get the Plus. :( What to do????!!!!

If it was uncomfortable the first time, I'm sure you'll have the same experience the second time (no?)

I've also been wondering whether to get a plus, but I feel like I'd be in the same boat -- would love the size while using it (with two hands available); less so the other 90% of the time, when carrying it.

Yes, but every time I hold one in my hands its so tempting! :(

haha I pretty sure you will get used to large screen phone in a short time because using a large screen phone make me awesome:D

I'm currently with the note4 and at 1st thought size was bad for holding, to big for the pocket etc...that feeling lasts a week or 2. I'm going for the 6s plus as once your there, its hard to go back...I look at smaller phones now and wonder how I ever used one.
Being a guy transporting around was a concern. It's not hard to learn to carry it or slip into the back pocket

I have the 6 plus and I'm happy customer. I have bigger hands and the 6 plus feels very comfortable in it.

You will definetely hate the size, when taking the phone on the go (I do ;-) ) But the bigger screen and battery life are worth it. It's much easier typing without errors.

I'm a woman with small hands and I love my 6plus. But only because I always carry a purse or a backpack when I'm out and about.

I'm going from a 6 to 6s Plus this fall. I have huge hands, so using the phone one-handed won't be an issue. Pocket ability is the one thing that concerns me, but I'm willing to trade that and one hand usability for larger screen, enhanced apps in landscape mode, and better battery life.

Larger screen, battery life, and optical image stabilization were my main reasons and I have not regretted it. After using 5.5 inch androids at the same time it did not bother me having the 6 plus in my purse or bag with my devices. I must also say now that I have the Apple Watch it is even more convenient to have a 6 plus as I don't have to pull my 6 plus out all the time to respond to quick messages or quickly answer a call.

enhanced apps in landscape mode.
The "enhanced" apps in landscape mode are a bad, bad joke.

If you go for the Plus, you will like the battery and higher PPI.
OIS and landscape UI make no difference.

With the 6 Plus it's a love & hate relationship.

I'm using the 6 Plus since January.
Before that I had the 6 which I bought on launch day.

I'm going for the Plus model again with the 6s.

I own the 6+ and I came from An iPhone 5 yes at first it felt a little large to hold but after watching TV shows and you tube videos in all that 6+ glory you soon forget about how easy it is or not to hold I turned my iPhone 5 on the other day and thought how the hell did I use this for so long!!!!

Same here mate, same here.

I didn't want to make the mistake of paying £700 for a device and have it be the wrong one for me.
I sold my 6 a few days ago and bought a 6S plus for the coming weeks up to the new device launch.
I'm only a few days in, but at the moment it's swinging in the Plus favour. The battery life is crazy, the screen quality (ppi) is great, and its brill to look at pics I take with the camera on the bigger screen.
Browsing is great too, maybe not from a commuting POV as people can see easily what you are doing, but thats just a point to make.
I think with the 6S plus there will be a few more features that Apple announce that will make it worthwhile. I loved my 6, amazing device, but going back to it after the plus it seems a bit inferior.
Did I say the battery life is crazy good? :p

You bought a 6+ to use for a few weeks, before the new one comes out(?)

After 3 full days with the plus, I can say the size is right. I love the six but as time went by, I was doing a lot of media forums, YouTube, and Netflix, etc.

The 6 is the smallest I will go for but the plus is not overwhelming at all. Fits great in my front pocket as well.
