To start with, I'm from the school not really liking hard cases. What I like even less than hard cases are screen protectors, so I don't use them. But I don'l like scratches on the screen either, so I opt for a soft sleeve at least.

But I better use a hard case for about 6 months in a year, since I like to handle my phone a lot when out and about, and the metal is cold enough to hold bare for about half of the year here. A hard case made of leather or plastic is just better to handle in cold weather, adds grip, and is less cold.

So, for half the year, I can use a soft sleeve sized for the naked phone (check), but for the other half of the year, I want to opt for a soft sleeve designed a little more loosely, accommodating both the phone and a hard case on it.

Are in in a similar situation? What's your recommendation? Thanks!
