I dread iPhone Software updates but to use some apps I have to do it. I hate them because they always take fooorrreeevveerr! Like 3hours +. This is extremely inconvenient and ridiculous IMHO.
1. Is there any way to turn off the automatic back up feature when updating your iPhone?
2. Is there is any way to speed up the back up process?
Im running a fast G5, with lots of RAM and hard drive space. My iPhone 3GS is using 13 of 16 gigs.
