MR is a popular site so what better place to create a wish-list of apps. that developers can tap in to.....

Allow me to be the first. I'd love to see an app. that allows for sending pictures in a text message.

What app. do you want to see?

BTW....I searched and didn't see a similar thread. If one does exist, feel free to delete this thread.

That makes two of us! I would love to see different themes.

Given the clarity of the iPhone screen, that would be awesome!!!

I wonder if that can be done? If so, it would be incredible. I'd pay a fair amount for an app. like that.

I don't know if you'll be able to do that... The APIs they showed included audio playback, audio recording, and video playback (along with others), but there was no video recording API....

I'd like to see an app that would allow me to remove Apples preinstalled apps, such as Stocks, weather etc, i never use them so would rather they weren't hogging up home screen space

And before you say just drag them to another home screen, i'm fussy and find the little dots annoying, would rather just get rid of the apps altogether

Well, considering Apple's relationship with Yahoo!, I wouldn't be surprised to see an offline version of BabelFish available.

That can be done today (after jailbreaking) with a VNC client called Native VNC. I'm certain there will be authorized 3rd party clients available soon (after June, anyway). OS X has VNC support built-in.

    Seconded!

Am i correct in saying that nullriver developed Summerboard prefs???

If so then i wouldn't surprise me if they have one of the first official apps in the App Store on launch day....

I'd pay 5 dollars for that!

I would also like to put my own designed icons for websites that don't have webclip icons.

Another vote for a voice recorder here.

I'm a reporter for a community newspaper, and if I could stick my iPhone in someone's face for an interview and have it automatically import into iTunes for later playback, I would be in fricken heaven.
