What is the clock speed for the CPU in the iPhone? gpu? how much memory?
Is there a place that has all of this information?

One little detail, though it doesn't really matter much: the ARM 1176 core is designed to run at up to 620MHz, but is underclocked on the iPhone, presumably to lower power consumption.

If you're interested in how good the video chip in the iPhone is...:

It's a faster, next generation version of the chip used in the original Dreamcast, which pulled off some great graphics. The processor is faster than the one in the PS2 and the iPhone has double the RAM. id Game's founder says that it's as fast as the PS2 and Xbox. The iPhone is really capable of a lot.
