Ok, i am just giving up looking for info on this.

Is this a option in 4S or not? Cause i for one can not find how i can turn it on 😱
 
The keyboard has a microphone next to the spacebar. Tap that and you can talk, then hit done and it converts to text.

Never mind, i just figured it out. I wasn´t using the English keyboard, so i was missing the micraphone 😀
