Hey,

So after updating my 4S to ios 6.1.2 for the first time I've noticed that when i turn the device on my start up screen (apple logo screen) is extremely bright, there is a pixel flashing hear and there before it goes to its normal brightness in the lock screen. This never happened in 5.1.1 or another iphone 4 i have running the same software, just the 4S. Has this happened to anyone else or is there a solution?

Thanks in advance!

Check your brightness settings, sometimes after an update it gets reset to max brightness.

Hey thanks for the comment. I checked and it is at the lowest setting. My iPad with 5.1.1 had this same issue but when I upgraded to ios 6.1.2 it disappeared. Any one have an idea why this would only happen to a 4S? There was no bright screen or flashing pixel before the update. One theory I had was a new boot loader that was updated when installing 6.1.2, otherwise no clue.
