iPhone static noise when charging

I have an iPhone 6s Plus 128 gab every time I charge it via my mophie case I hear static noise coming out of speaker. When I also plug it in to the wall adapter from apple via my surge protectors I hear noise from charger it self is that normal ? I did take it to Apple they say its third party manufacture having the issue what can I do ?
 
Well, at least, you know what to do to avoid it. And I would keep it that way if I were you.
 
Should I contact mophie regarding the battery case issue I purchase one new one last week and same static noise
 
Basically I tried also battery banks same noise when I take to apple the noise goes away strange.I will contact mophie
 
I contact mophi they say it normal but my other battery stick makes same noise could it be hardware issue. Apple told me there not replacing my device
