Hey guys, recently I restored my Jailbroken iPhone because I wanted the new 3.0 update and I was nervous about the whole voided warranty thing. Now its Completely unjailbroken, i think, and pretty much everything is back to normal, but there are still a few things that decided to stay with the phone through the restore...My phone still has the battery percentage (its not the 3GS), it still has a custom carrier (my initials are where the AT&T was), and it will still tell me my wifi signal strength with a number. Why are these still there? and would Apple automatically know its been jailbroken if I ever sent it in to them? Thanks!:)

Because you restored from a backup, a backup from the jailbreak. Resore again and setup as new, then resync all your data. As a general rule this is always the best bet. 

I've had that stuff survive even after a "set up as new" restore. You're going to have to JB again, return that stuff to stock and then restore fresh again.
