Didn't happen unless you gave them the information necessary to do it and since you claim it was a pickpocket, then of course you didn't give them the information.Can anyone think of other scenarios and explanations to what happened?

On your IOS device go to Settings, iCloud, Click on your (Account) name, go to Password & Security and you should see the option for two-Factor Authentication.
One scenario it could happen: you use "1234" as passcode, and "password" as your iCloud password.
Your methods are woefully insecure. I would recommend learning more about password security.Hey guys,
Thanks for all the responses. Ive figured out how they did it - they memorized my lock screen password, then looked at my evernote for my icloud password. Ive set 2 fa for everything now. Thanks for everyone's help!!
