iPhone Storage - constant spinning, loading wheel

I haven't been able to pull up my list of apps, or pretty much anything else since 15.2. Many times, I can clear out "attachment" storage from this area - which are pics, videos, I'll send in iMessage. I can't seem to bring that up as well.

Been like this since 15.2 update. ???‍♂️

I think most are suffering from this bug to some degree. My phone takes awhile to compile the app list but it alway shows eventually. It used to be almost instant in iOS 14. Hopefully this will be addressed by Apple in the next update..
