iphone stuck on Apple logo

Hi all,

I have a phone for a customer that will not get out of the apple logo stage, I have done a restore from itunes and it will do the same thing but extracting software bar on the bottom and keep resetting itself. iTunes also gives "iphone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (9).

Anything else I could do?

iphone 4s on Sprint. I called em back and they said that they were within their 30 Days LMAO! I was trying to help em out as much as possible, they never told me this. So just gonna do a swap. FAIL lol
