Iphone stuck on "reloading data" screen

I finished updating the upgrade necessary in cydia and they asked me to restart springboard. I click and it started to reload data with the wheel still spinning. I gt stuck on the page where it says "reloading data" with the wheel still spinning. I tried the hold the home n power button at the same time but doesnt work, i connect to my com and the com can read my iphone. Pls help me.
