if I'm in the room the iphone is very fast and smooth, but if I am outside and the sun is shining the iphone has very lot of animation stutters? ip7. Someone else?

I have noticed this with all my iPhones- 4, 4S, 5S, SE, 6S... really glad to see I am not insane...
Every iPhone I've owned has stuttered outside on strong sunlight and never found a reasonable answer why...

I have seen this with android phones too.

I thought this could occur due to auto brightness which increases it to the max (which is usually more than manual max) and cpu is throttled down to compensate greater battery drain.

So if we restrict AB to lets say half a way, the phone should perform much better?
