Hi all, My wife dropped an iPhone (model:4s) through the gap between a lift (US:elevator) and the building. The phone fell from the 9th floor and it was in a wallet-style case. Maintenance retrieved the iPhone from the cavity below the lift, in one of the basements, so the iPhone has fallen 10+ floors and survived. It is now charging again. Could the battery be damaged and unsafe? We have insurance against accidental damage - but the front and back of the iPhone remain in mint condition..
