IPhone sync issues causing frustration?

My iPhone won't sync with my PC itunes and does without any problem with Mac which is not mine. Its a 4s I just bought and all the other iPhones do sync without any problem.
No matter I select to sync contact with google contacts, outlook contacts are synced. It's also happening on PC.
