iPhone sync saying my computer is not authorized

After installing iOS 10 it is telling my that it can't complete sync because the computer isn't authorized for purchased items on this iPhone. I have reauthorized the computer and still having the issue, anyone else?

Yes, I have that issue now too. I "lost" everything on my phone because it won't sync. Did you find a solution?
