iphone sync to MM to Outlook 2007 & ical

I just noticed that my iphone sync with Mobile Me and iCal is working perfectly and quickly. However, with my Outlook 2007 on my Vista PC, I am only getting items that I mark with an alert. The calendar does not show any of my meetings, but I will get an alert if I set one when I entered the meeting.

I have the latest version of the Mobile Me in the sys tray and have it set to sync the calendar with Outlook.

Anyone have any ideas?
