iphone sync with address book.. pics?

I use big pictures for my contacts but when i sync with address book they appear on my iphone small in the upper right corner and not full screen...
is there a setting that i can use to keep full screen pic?

There's a thread about this somewhere, but pics from your folders come out large and pics that you take with the iPhone are small.
