Hey,

Maybe this is a simple one - I used to sync my iPhone with my mac. No issues. I have a need to now sync it with a windows 7 machine.

The error I get is "unknown error (-50)".

This machine is an i7 but no the p55 express chipset. The error code for that problem is different.

Is this as simple as the iPhone was formatted to use with mac and now I will have to somehow reformat for windows , like an iPod?

I can see all my podcasts and music in iTunes.

Thanks

I see that Google offers no solution. Most posts about -50 are very old and about V4 of iTunes.

No, it's not that. I suspect this is the iTunes/x64 incompatibility again.

Are you saying the phone shows up in iTunes and you can see the content on it? But not Sync?

Can you manually drag and drop an item from computer to phone in iTunes?
