I've tried searching Google for this problem but can't find anything on it. So I'm sorry if this is repeated. I want to take my contacts off my iPhone on onto my Mac. I have already tried clicking sync contacts in iTunes Info and I unclicked the Contacts tab under the replace information on this iPhone. When I sync my iPhone I get 37 contacts in my address book out of 150 contacts on my iPhone.

I once had this issue. I do not know of a solution for it. Thankfully, at the time, I was only missing 4 or 5 contacts. I manually typed them in. With 150 contacts, that may be a little tough though. iTunes should sync them. You can always try syncing them with GMail (using Exchange setup) and then syncing your Mac with GMail too. In addition, MobileMe does exactly that but with an easy setup.
