i started to learn swift and i want to know how to get access to the iphone temperature. if anyone could help me i will appreciate that.

There is no way to access the internal temperature sensors on an iPhone.

I saw an app named "battery life" that can show the temperature.

There's tweak that can be applied to a jailbroken phone to make it show the temperature.
And most likely a 'non-approved' way to accessing the temperature with software, but it may require a third party library.
If you Google, you may find it, just that if you try to release such app to the App Store it will get denied.
