iPhone Text Message Alert - Vibrate Twice?

*note* I have my iPhone on vibrate almost all the time.

So, today for some reason while getting texts, my iPhone would vibrate twice. Once when receiving the text (a given), then after I open the SMS app, reply to the text, close SMS, it will vibrate again.

My iPhone is jailbroken on 4.1. Today I installed and uninstalled Weather Kelly and WeatherFurikIOS4. Maybe that has something to do with the issue?

Has anyone seen this before?

I wonder what would cause this weird behavior with text messages.

Just discovered my iPhone also does this when vibrate is off.

iBlacklist was causing the issue for me.
