i got an iphone 4.10.01, gevey sim. im trying to get the tmobile my4g $30 a month for unlim data/text, 100min (No Contract WOOT). i was planning on buying a phone and starting this plan and simply using the SIM. the question i have is i know that the iphone supports E speed. i read something about using http://unlockit.co.nz to get 3g service.

Like said above 2G only on Tmobile USA, its a hardware limitation.
You can try H20 for prepaid, their plans are pretty cheap and they use AT&T's network so you'll be able to get 3G service but its a little slower than actual post paid AT&T customers I heard.
