I just dumped my iPhone and get an Android HTC Hero.
I just wanted to ask what the best way to Migrate all my
    Contacts from iPhone to Android.

I am running a MacBook Pro with Snow Leopard.

I heard about Double Twist...Is that any good ?

    Thanks!

As for doubletwist, it works well but I prefer drag and drop. Good luck with your new phone! :)

Regarding Double Twist, what do you mean by not doing drag and drop ?

I just copy the album folders to my SD card by clickong amd dragging them from my Mac onto the SD card (does that make sense?). :D

So i guess you just have to delete all the random email addresses
that are stored in your Google Account ?

    like any craigslist emails....

    have a look here
    http://lifehacker.com/5499575/the-complete-guide-to-fixing-google-contacts

simply put them all in a group and then choose not to sync that group with the phone, or just delete them if you dont want them
