iPhone to iPhone iCal schedules.. how do I do this

I have a Mac, iPhone and iPad.
My wife has an iPhone.
I input her work schedule into my iPhone, Mac or iPad iCal.
Can I somehow transfer her schedule to her iPhone from my iPhone/iPad so we don't have to do a double input.

Sync them to a Google account using Google Sync.
