iPod iphone to itunes

not sure if this is the right place but this is the itunes area.

i fried my windows partition with my itunes library. i can't access anyway so i think i'm lost.

i've got a reinstall done on a different machine but i'm afraid that if i dock my iphone i'll loose everything because itunes is empty. i know this happens with ipods but i'm not sure if it would with iphone.

please help so i don't loose what i still have left on my iphone.
