iphone.tomtom.com appears to have been updated. Still not really any new information in regard to the car kit. At least they took it upon themselves to add an FAQ now. 🙂

And we must ask ourselves why they still have the sign-up for "Stay in touch. Get the latest news" on that page. I don't think anyone has ever received any emails regarding the release.

ive seen a couple of posts saying navigon is better for North America and Tomtom for europe but to date I havent had many problems with navigon In fact my one year old tomtom one regularly has me jumping off motorways to side roads and Navigon hasnt doone this yet despite iphones "inferior GPS chip"
there are things I would like to see fixed - some are already on the way others I can only hope (zoom in on 3d view - I find it "too far back" if you know what I mean, 7 digit postcode would also be an improvement and the ETA is always ambitious)
