I picked up my iPhone a bit ago and it was way warm to the touch and the battery warning message said it was down to 10%. This is really odd considering that I had 75% about 5 hours ago. Under usage stats under settings: Usage: 8 hours 2 min Standby: 1 day 5 hrs. Call time: 11 hrs 40 min. Lifetime: 11 hrs. 40 min. There is no way that I used it for 8 hours in the last 24 hours. Maybe 3 hours tops, with only music (maybe 1 1/2 hours and no video, 1 5-minute phone call, 5 text messages, 10 emails (via Yahoo push). Why would the call time and lifetime usage be the same? Are there any applications that can contribute to usage time (thus create heat and drain CPU) when you aren't using the phone? My old Treo would do this when I left it on the demo screen of the older version of Bejeweled. It would appear off, but would drain the battery within hours. Any help would be appreciated!
