You could always setup your home torrent computer/software to be web facing and just connect to it via Safari. That's how I have mine setup works brilliant with Transmission. If you wanna know more details let me know.
Not a brilliant solution, but -
Install a download manager on your phone. ("Downloads" is a good one).
In safari, Go to your friendly torrent site and select the torrent's magnet link, copy the magnet link.
Go to http://btcloud.io, login, and paste the magnet link there. btcloud.io does the torrenting, and once it's done, the file is available to download from there.
go to http://btcloud.io using your download manager and download the file to your device.

You could support the artist and buy it from iTunes.
Or you can legally listen to it for free using a streaming service like Spotify.
Both really easy to do.
Yes, if you don't like buying music from iTunes, you could buy it from Amazon or Google Play.

I think the word you're looking for is "steal", like not paying for something that isn't yours to use without a transaction between the owner and the user of that music.
