Iphone touch screen is not responding after being dropped!!

I don't know what the official name for the problem is (except stupidity) but i recently got my iphone repaired and the glass replaced as it was cracked although the screen still worked 100%. Then exactly one week later i dropped it again!! this time no crack! but the touch screen is not responding!😱

i have tried the home button / top buttonreset thingy excessively and nothing is happening!

so whats the plan now? If i at least knew the official name for the problem i can look at getting it repaired!

Take it back to the same people who repaired it before. It'll take them seconds to repair, I'd think, once they get it apart.

If the repairers haven't put the foam pad on the back of the touch screen connector, it can pop off.
