iPhone Update 13 Feb???

Weren't we supposed to get an iPhone update to give us the hot spot feature on the 13th? AT&T is slacking as is Apple right now.

It was never officially acknowledged by Apple. It was just a rumour.

iOS 4.3 may be released in the next 20 or so minutes if other rumours are to believed.

As others have said in other threads on this subject, 4.3 hasn't hit GM status.. So, I don't believe we will see an update today...

Someone already posted, but I will repeat since it was ignored. A GM release has not been issued to developers. Until that happens don't expect it for public comsumption.
