iphone update carrier settings wont go away

so about 1.5 months ago itunes pops up with a message saying

there is an update in your carrier software etc etc

and gives me three options, update, cancel, learn more

so i updated it and then the next day i opened my itunes the message popped up again so i updated it. so every time i open my itunes, this message comes up and whether i click update, cancel or learn more it will still ask again the next day.

does anybody know a solution 🙂

I assume this is for a CDMA iPhone, of which you should google how to update your PRL listing via the phone app. This should remedy your problem.
