Any way to disable this annoying feature? Sometimes I let updates “build up” in the App Store. For instance I just updated 36 apps tonight, and now I have to individually open and close 36 apps just to make the annoying blue dot alongside of it go away. It’s especially annoying at 36...but even just 5 or 6 can be annoying. You have to go into different folders, searching for all the apps that were just updated...

Sounds like something my doctor once said, only the dots he was referencing weren’t blue.

Are you sure?

You can turn on auto update. The apps will update when you charge your phone and you never get the blue dot.

I have no issue with the dots, just ticks me off that the dots don't have a dark mode! Cmon! It's 2018! Hrmph.

But, yes, dots disappear after four days, from what I see on my updated on date list and apps that no longer have dots.
