iphone update mail from Apple

So I just got a mail from Apple telling me about the overview video which I could watch about the iphone.

About time I got an update from Apple.. it's only been like 3 weeks 🙁

I get that all the time from Apple, get multiple emails of the same subject, think the record for me so far is 8 emails telling me iLife 08 is now out 😡

Could it not be that every time you register new Apple products, you forget to uncheck the 'Receive updates from Apple' box? So for instance, you could have registered 8 Apple products (or online services) and that is why you received it 8 times.
