iPhone Upgrade Enrollment Issues. Not Showing I am Enrolled.

Hi

I just purchased an 8 Plus via the Apple iPhone Upgrade Program (online). My loan was approved. I received the phone. I returned my old phone. I received an email from Apple that the trade in was completed and the associate loan was cancelled. Yet when I go to check enrollment, my new phone does not come up as enrolled. Should I be concerned or do the systems need time to update?

Probably needs time to update.

Where are you checking enrollment? If via Citizens one, you will most likely need attach the loan to your account.

If looking via the apple store, it is not yet updated. My shows not enrolled as well.

I just attached the loan in citizens. It is the Apple Store that is not updated.
